The constant communication along with knowing that support was there at all times. The fact that I have never been made to feel awkward or inadequate, meaning that when ever I had feelings of anxiety about matters, I could not control I had this company on my side, to help.

Before choosing Advocate Abroad, I contacted 4 other similar companies that I also found on-line with Google. Adv Abroad were the only ones to follow up on my enquiry within the first 24 hours.

She spoke very good English and talked me through the whole process in a very calm and professional manner, then at the end of a short call I knew exactly what would be expected of me to gain a NLV, and what I could expect from her as my Advocate.
