I am grateful to Advocate Abroad because that is how I got connected to Maria Jose to help me with my legal documentary needs. She was very helpful and delivered what was asked. I will certainly get her again as I plan my move to Spain. Previously, I had contacted another service website but after my payments and follow up, I did not get any results despite it being such a straightforward transaction (securing a birth certificate of my great-grandfather). I have just completed on my house in Sicily, I had no idea of the processes of purchasing, so I when on the lookout for an international lawyer to assist me. I had many quotes, but Giovanni from advocate abroad was someone I could talk to, and the flexibility that Giovanni showed was very impressive. From the outset, Giovanni explained everything I needed to prepare and ensured everything was complete in a timely fashion. He liaised with the seller and ensured a smooth transaction. I got impeccable service from Giovanni, in September 2024, who filed for a police certificate of good behaviour on my behalf. Because I no longer live in Rome, I would have had to fly to Italy and spend two weeks going from government office to the court, getting all sorts of stamps and official translations.
