Consuelo, Lawyer in Spain

Before choosing Advocate Abroad, I contacted 4 other similar companies that I also found on-line with Google. Adv Abroad were the only ones to follow up on my enquiry within the first 24 hours.
They communicated in a very friendly and positive way. They listened to all my needs, concerns, then quickly put me in touch with a lady called Consuelo. She spoke very good English and talked me through the whole process in a very calm and professional manner, then at the end of a short call I knew exactly what would be expected of me to gain a NLV, and what I could expect from her as my Advocate.
She has been precise, accurate, friendly and very professional in all that she has done and said to me. I have never had to chase up any of my questions by email because she has always replied either by phone, WhatsApp but mainly by way of emails which there have been many. I feel she has gone over and above anything I could have expected.
I have full respect for this Lady and will recommend both Adv Abroad and Consuelo to anyone that needs help in any Spanish matters to do with the laws of Spain. If I could give more than 5 Stars I would because when you have a person that makes you feel safe and supported, it not only helps you to continue when things start to overwhelm you but gives you confidence to continue to the end.
