Communication was good and Oscar’s English was excellent. We also had communication with a lawyer called Teresa, she was very open and helpful, with good English. I hired Teresa as a lawyer via Advocate Abroad for a land purchase in Portugal. Teresa assisted with all aspects of the purchase, she was polite, professional, responsive and even with some delays from the seller managed to get the deed transfer done in good time. I had a very positive experience with Thibault regarding an inheritance process in France. The original communication received from the original parties (genealogists, administrator, et al.) was unclear and truthfully quite suspect. After an initial conversation, within hours of sending my original request for an advocate, Mr. Postel was able to quickly verify the parties and process as being real as well as provide guidance on what the process would entail. There came a point when Mr. Postel engagement became more limited due to the process, however he has continued to express an interest and provide guidance on hopefully closing out the inheritance in the near future. I would certainly recommend his services.

He was very knowledgeable, responsive, and was able to help coach me through what items I needed to gather in order to help recover the certificate. I only wish they were available for more countries or could recommend someone for specific countries.
