Apologies for the delay in responding to this email. We were in the midst of repairs and preparing to return to the U.S. and I did not take note of receiving this email. We can only speak with high praises for the work Teresa provided us through the process of correcting documents which were previously poorly or incorrectly completed and for guiding us through the remainder of a CPCV process which required legal support to obtain titles and registrations in a timely manner to allow us to proceed with the purchase of an intended property.
