- Employees who relocate to Spain from abroad, and who fulfil a series of obligations, can benefit from a generous tax regime known as the ‘Beckham Law Spain’.
- The Spanish expat tax regime under the Beckham law provisions can substantially reduce taxes in Spain for expats, if they have recently relocated to Spain for work purposes and depending on their economic circumstances. Typically, the tax applicable is reduced from 45%+ to 24% and is applicable for a period of up to 6 years.
