Who Is This Service For?
If you have been legally resident in Turkey, for a period of at least one year, your close family may apply for a family reunification visa to be able to join you and live with you in Turkey.
The following close relatives of the legal resident may apply:
- Foreign spouse (unmarried partners are not included)
- Children under 18 (or older if dependant, for example disabled)
- A spouse’s dependant children

Requirements
As stated, the sponsor must have been legally resident in Turkey for at least one year. In addition, the sponsor must have no criminal record comprehensive health insurance for all of the members of the family.
They must also be earning at least the Turkish minimum wage plus 33% for each family member applying for a Family Reunification Visa (to show they can financially support them). They must also have their residential address registered with the Turkish immigration system.
