We found our dream home in Spain ,what we needed was to find the right person to guide us through the process. We found Consuelo from Advocate Abroad, who was absolutely amazing. Always kept in touch with us regarding updates on the process, not only sending us all the information but explaining it clearly and concisely, so we understood None of our questions was left unanswered. She pushed the vendors agents for answers to not leave any open issues. Even to the extent of sorting out the utility contracts etc. Sorted out all the Notary and gestoria for us. We would have no hesitation in recommending Consuelo as a representative for any legal proceedings. Post the successful conclusion of the purchase I felt that Consuelo had acted not just a lawyer but had acted as a friend as well. Will definitely use Consuelo's services again if required

My online enquiry concerning reciprocal Spanish wills elicited a very quick response by phone call from Consuelo. She understood what our requirements were and clearly explained how the law stood in Spain. She explained what needed to be done and what documents we would need to produce. One of the documents was in the UK, but Consuelo managed to work around it and then proceeded to organise everything impressively quickly and efficiently - within two days everything was legally signed and sorted.
