Rafael in Sevilla collected all the required data from me, supplied the correct forms completed for my signature, and submitted all on time. Then it all disappeared into the Spanish immigration system only to emerge some five and a half months later, finally received my residency tarjeta mid September. Don't believe this " it's granted after three months", the immigration department has ways round that, but while it's in process you're OK.
