We got in touch with Advocate Abroad as my wife and I required legal representation in Spain due to an ongoing family dispute.
We were contacted by Alvaro, who initially arranged a telephone call to discuss matters with us. Having spoken to several lawyers, Alvaro was the only one who was confident enough to take on what was by then an extremely complex situation.
Over the following 12 months, he helped us to navigate through the complexities of our situation. He engaged directly with the other party both by mail and by telephone, and he personally attended meetings with us in Fuengirola to discuss the progress the was being made.
This all culminated in him attending a meeting with the other party to sign and witness the agreement that was reached with them, ending the dispute to mutual satisfaction.
Alvaro's charging structure was, in our opinion, bearing in mind the time and effort he put into it over the 12 months, extremely fair and very reasonable. We were pleasantly surprised in the respect.
