Inma was outstanding from day one! She explained everything really clearly and, most importantly for us, absolutely fluently in English. (Shameful of us not to speak Spanish in Spain, but, in our defence, we decided to really only devote the time to learning AFTER we secured residencia). I am sure a lot of English-speaking people attempting to live in Spain will be in the same position.
Inma responded promptly to every single query we had (and we had lots!) regarding gaining residence status. She even came out to meet us at a police station in Valencia to guide us through that step of the process.
